Boeing has announced it will sell portions of its digital aviation solutions, including the Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData, and OzRunways assets, to software investment firm Thoma Bravo. The sale, which will be completed in cash, is valued at $10.55 billion and is expected to close by the end of 2025.

With this transaction, Boeing aims to focus on its core businesses, strengthen its balance sheet, and prioritize its capital goods capability. Approximately 3,900 employees worldwide work in Boeing’s digital aviation solutions organization.
