Antalya remains a popular destination for sun seekers from Salzburg and Bavaria. The region not only impresses with its sandy beaches, but also with its rich sights. This summer, Pegasus Airlines and Corendon Airlines are expanding their flight connections to the Turkish Mediterranean metropolis.
Popular beaches and attractions
Antalya is known for its long sandy beaches and is often referred to as the Turkish Riviera. The old town of Kaleci invites you to take romantic walks, while the ancient ruins of Perge and Aspendos delight history lovers. Highlights such as Hadrian’s Gate and Hidirlik Tower are among the most beautiful sights in the region. A detour to the Düden waterfalls, about 23 kilometers from the city, is also recommended.
New flight options to Antalya
Pegasus Airlines is expanding its flight offering to Antalya with three weekly flights starting April 13, 2025. Flights depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays (from June 5) and Sundays and last until October 21, 2025. Corendon Airlines is also increasing its capacity: from May 4 to October 5, 2025, flight options will be offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Tuesday flights depart from June 24th to September 30th, while flights operate on Fridays between June 6th and September 5th.
