BER Airport is looking for young talent for the next training year

Flughafen Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) has opened the application phase for the next year’s cohort. A total of 41 positions are available for various apprenticeships and dual study programs.

Diverse opportunities at BER

Starting September 1 of next year, young people can begin twelve different apprenticeships and five dual study programs at Brandenburg (BER). These apprenticeships include aviation management assistants, electronics technicians, plant mechanics, industrial mechanics, security specialists, and computer scientists. A new training option is IT specialist for data and process analysis.

AIRzubi Training Day

Interested students and their parents have the opportunity to learn about all the careers available at the AIRzubi Training Day on Saturday, September 14. This event will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the BBAC office building in front of BER Terminal 1, and no prior registration is required. In addition to information sessions, there will also be entertainment with an fire service presentation, a raffle, and various activity games.

Attractive training remuneration and additional benefits

The first selection process for the new trainees will take place in November of this year, with immediate contract offers possible. The salary for trainees in the first year of training is €1,189.20, and dual-study students receive €1,297.58 in their first year of study. FBB provides a 13th monthly salary, 27 days, pay, and an annual training and study support budget of €250, as well as a subsidy for public transport tickets.
