Emirates draws a positive conclusion from its participation in ITB Berlin 2025. With over 6,000 visitors and more than 270 meetings, the airline secured contracts with eleven companies and presented new cabin products and sustainability initiatives. They also expanded their route network with new Asian destinations.
Strong trade fair presence
Emirates had a busy stand at ITB Berlin 2025, attracting over 6,000 visitors. During the three-day exhibition, the airline held more than 270 meetings, resulting in new agreements and partnerships with eleven companies. These collaborations include cruise lines, booking platforms and tour operators from Europe, further strengthening Emirates’ network presence and opening up new growth opportunities.
New Asian destinations
Prior to the show, Emirates announced the launch of three new Asian destinations: Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam and Siem Reap in Cambodia. These strategic route expansions are designed to appeal to both leisure and business travellers and create important connections between Europe and Asia. Thanks to these new routes, Emirates aims to further expand its global reach and service to customers.
Established partnerships in Europe
At ITB Berlin, Emirates renewed its Memorandum of Understanding with the Austrian National Tourism Office to underline its ongoing commitment to Austrian destinations. This renewal coincides with the 20th anniversary of Emirates flights to Vienna. A cooperation agreement was also signed with the Malta Tourism Authority to strengthen tourism to the Mediterranean destination of Malta.
Online travel agency cooperations
ITB was also a platform for expanding partnerships with leading global online travel agencies. Emirates expanded its collaboration with Expedia Group and renewed its partnership with Trip.com. These alliances leverage Emirates’ extensive network, offer travelers flexibility when booking and improve the overall customer experience through the integration of modern booking technologies.
