Air Astana has announced that it will launch its 2025 summer schedule with new connections and increased frequencies. The airline is expanding its offerings with new international destinations and offering greater flexibility with additional flights on existing routes. Travelers can look forward to more options for planning their summer travel plans.
Summer flight schedule: Extended connections to Georgia
Air Astana announced that it will continue its Almaty–Tbilisi service with up to 10 flights per week and resume the Astana-Tbilisi route with up to four weekly flights. It also launched a new direct service from Atyrau to Tbilisi with three flights per week. A total of 17 weekly flights are now available to Tbilisi, a key destination for travelers from Kazakhstan.
Increasing demand for Mediterranean destinations
The airline reported increasing demand for travel to the Mediterranean, prompting it to increase the frequency of flights to Antalya from Almaty to 12 and from Astana to 10 per week. The route from Almaty to Istanbul will also be expanded from seven to 10 weekly flights. This will provide passengers with more flexible travel options and easier access to popular summer destinations.
New international routes and connections
Starting June 1, 2025, new nonstop flights from Frankfurt to Almaty will be introduced three times a week, offering an attractive option for German travelers. There will also be new flights from Almaty to Nha Trang and from Astana three times a week. Other highlights in the schedule include connections to Guangzhou, Mumbai, and Da Nang, further increasing the geographical diversity of Air Astana’s network.
Seasonal summer destinations in Europe
Between June and September 2025, Air Astana plans to launch flights to Podgorica, Montenegro. This will offer passengers the opportunity to explore the Adriatic Sea and the charming Balkan region. Other seasonal routes include flights from Almaty to Batumi, Georgia, and Bodrum, Turkey, with up to five weekly flights to each of these attractive destinations.
